📅 RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

📋 ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In its original, unused condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery
• Free gifts or promotional items

🔄 HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email us at support@kovagoods.store with your order number
2. Describe the reason for your return
3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
4. Ship the item back to the address provided
5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

💳 REFUNDS
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
• Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund

🔁 EXCHANGES
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product at no additional cost. Contact us at support@kovagoods.store within 7 days of delivery.

📦 RETURN SHIPPING
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
• Kova Goods is not responsible for lost return shipments
